Christopher Davison’s Dreamy Summer

Master of the painterly subconscious, Christopher Davison, has lined up a full summer of exhibitions and projects that are not to be missed. First up is “CTRL+P” at the Arlington Arts Center (VA),  a group show curated by Kristina Bilonick and Julie Chae that explores the theme of the print. Also featuring Glenn Ligon, E.V. Day, and others, the exhibition is on view from June 22 – September 16, 2012.

Next, Davison will have works at the West Gallery at Purdue University (IN) for “Emerging Drawing: Visionary Works on Paper,” which will remain on view for all of August. Finally, his work will also be featured in “Romanticism III” at Gross McLeaf Gallery (PA) – also opening in August, 2012. Between these three exhibitions, and additional projects on the horizon, Davison will be on nearly national concurrent view throughout the rest of the summer!
