Ali Smith @ Freight + Volume

Ali Smith injected some (much needed?) California color into New York, with both her artwork and her outfit, last Thursday night at the opening of her first NYC solo show at Freight + Volume. See photos of the packed gallery space below. Congratulations Ali!

Kenichi Yokono/Kim Dorland Opening

Kenichi Yokono and his wonderful wife and daughter flew in from Japan to help celebrate the opening of his second solo show last Saturday night. Ali Smith at Freight + Volume

Ali Smith’s first solo show in New York opens this week at Freight + Volume Gallery. With some fantastic new works, the show will be well worth a visit. Kim Rugg at Nettie Horn

Kenichi Yokono installation.

Yesterday Kenichi Yokono was in the gallery to install his solo show. Our space looks fantastic with his stark red and white works, be sure to stop by the opening tomorrow from 5-7pm to take a look and meet the artist.

Allison Schulnik “Go West”

Allison Schulnik opens her first solo show in Italy this Friday the 3rd at Unosunove Gallery in Rome.
