The Santa Barbara Museum of Art will screen videos by gallery artists Josh Azzarella and Okay Mountain in its upcoming members-only program, “The Screening Room.” Taking place on September 19th, the event will feature video art by six emerging artists in SBMA’s Mary Craig auditorium. Renowned artist and UCSB alum Ilene Segalove, Karen Sinsheimer (Curator of Photography), and Julie Joyce (Curator of Contemporary Art) will introduce the videos answer questions about the nature of collecting video and new-media works.
