Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) will be transforming an entire city block into a public art space for contemporary works starting September 18, 2009. Dubbed LentSpace, the project will be located in a downtown New York City block between Canal, Varick, Grand and Sullivan Streets.
The inaugural visual arts exhibition, entitled Points & Lines, is on view through the end of 2009, and features MMG’s Ryan Taber alongside Oliver Babin, Olga Chernysheva, Eli Hansen and Oscar Tuazon, Graham Hudson, Tobias Putrih and Corban Walker. For more information, visit the LMCC’s website.
