In Bravo TV’s most recent episode of “NYC Prep,” teen prepsters Sebastian and Camille take a spin through PULSE New York Contemporary Art Fair and wind up – where else? – in our booth.
Within the first five minutes of the show, Allison Schulnik’s work gets a glorious TV debut, and we are reminded why we mustn’t touch the art!

Allison Schulnik’s work will be featured in the group show “whaddaya wanna be, a flower?!” at Alexander and Bonin Gallery in New York, alongside the work of John Baldessari and Jeff Koons, among others. Two group shows that include Allison’s work opened this past weekend. “Jeff Zilm & Allison Schulnik” opened on Saturday night at Marty Walker Gallery in Dallas, TX. They will be showing Allison’s film “Hobo Clown”. For more information about the show, which ends on July 18th, go to the gallery website.
“Single Channels: Animations” at Tony Wight Gallery in Chicago, IL, will also be screening the film. This show runs until July 10th. Gallery info can be found on their website.
So if you’re in Chicago or Dallas definitely take this chance to see a great work.
On Saturday May 30th both Allison Schulnik and Nobuhito Nishigawara participated in the Palette to Palate event held each year at the Laguna Art Museum in Laguna Beach. See below for images of Allison’s table and a sample of the revelry that ensued.
